Card Ministry

This ministry extends comfort and encouragement to those people needing care. There are team members that meet monthly to create cards and team members that send these cards weekly & monthly. To get more information about making cards, contact Dawn Billings at 309.661.8186. Funeral Dinner Ministry

This ministry helps to bring comfort to families in time of grief by providing a meal after the funeral services. This ministry occurs as needed.

Handyman Ministry

We are here to serve our church family, which includes both members and regular ECC attendees. Our priority is to single parents, handicapped, elderly and unskilled church family. We cannot do jobs that require a licensed professional by city codes. Jobs are reviewed by the ministry team to determine if we are qualified and able, then the supplies are purchased by the homeowner.
Listed below are some services we can provide: lawn care; repair/install doors/storm doors; clean/repair gutters; basic plumbing repairs; weatherizing/caulking; window repair; painting/trim work; replace furnace filters; minor carpentry; Fall/Spring yard care; install hand rails/grab bars and minor electrical.  Contact Jim Yeagle at 309.827.8387.

Helps Ministry

The goal of this ministry is to show God's love by helping families in need by providing meals, childcare, housekeeping, transportation and/or helping with any other need that may arise. Contact Liane Ashenfelter at 309.662.2061.
